The E-Myth Busted! (Review of The E-Myth by Michael Gerber)

In this review of The E-Myth by Michael Gerber, I share the two most important concepts from this book for your entrepreneurial success.
To then help apply these two concepts into your business, I created a worksheet that will help you:

1. Pro-actively plan structures and strategies for growth, starting, and restarting your business
2. Manage the tasks you already have on your to-do list in a way that releases overwhelm, and makes you more productive overall

The concepts in this book were instrumental in helping me to get my first business on track, my web design boutique Lou Studios back in 2005. When I first started, my first goal was to get new clients. But as I got new clients, I started to drown in all the “other stuff” that goes into business – the visioning, pro-actively seeking new industries and clients, the administration and billing, corporate paperwork and ledger keeping.

It wasn’t until I learned about the three distinct roles of Entrepreneur, Manager, and Technician, and started to divide my time in three distinct chunks and hire people to help me with the types of work that slowed me down that my business started to grow again, and the creative process was fun again.

Thanks for tuning in!

    Dear Cynthia,
Thank you for your inspiration. I am on the same journey you obviously already have travelled. I was making exactly the same templates and thanks to you I don’t have to spend more time to finish it.
    Your website really is wonderful.
    Warmest regards, Jay.

    Hey Cynthia

I love your energy, focus and pure motivation.

I found your videos gave me some wonderful overviews that enabled me to make connections that would not have been possible with the intensive deep dive that reading a whole book gives you.

The way you make the the information accessible and useful for the viewer is something I aspire to do as well.

Please keep up the good work

    Best wishes
