I felt like a Rock Star this weekend when I changed the water heater’s thermocouple. Gettin’ down and dirty learning things hands on made me think of Eben Pagan’s “Get Altitude” program where he touches on the importance of getting to know your business’ vital stats.

Measuring key stats of your business may seem boring and tedious, but it offers a tremendous freedom and confidence.

Plus you get to say things like, “I checked my Vital Stats Dash today. Things are lookin’ great, yeeeeep.”
